The
project geometry was based on amalgamating the three urban fabrics: The modern
grid order in some parts of Karachi, the organic fabric of the low to mid
income residential districts, and, the linear formation that dominates most of
the modern city fabrics. Such fusion expressed itself in a modern three
dimensional organic-linear formations that established a strong civic urban hub
where people live, work, shop and entertain.
